Great boots, slight shipping delay

I purchased a pair of Mini Ugg Boots for myself a little while back. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, pretty easy to navigate and find my size. They dispatched the boots within a couple of days, but then tracking showed a slight delay, took about 8 days to reach Melbourne, which was a bit longer than I hoped. Once they arrived though, the quality was really good, exactly as described. The sheepskin feels authentic and they're very comfortable. I didn't need to contact customer support, so can't comment there. Overall, happy with the product even with the minor shipping wait.

Nah, pretty sure their coupons are usually one per order, and they don't stack with sale items. Read that in their FAQ somewhere.

What's the deal with sizing? Is it true to size or do I need to size up/down for the classic boots? Don't want to get it wrong and have to deal with returns.

I found them pretty true to size, but if you're between sizes, maybe go up half a size. They do stretch a little with wear though.

Mine were spot on with my normal shoe size. Returns were easy though if you do mess it up, I had to swap a pair of slippers once.

Yeah, I got a pair of the classic shorts from here last winter and they're holding up great. My UGG brand ones usually fall apart way faster. Worth it imo.
